Funny Rain Day

Been wanting to go cycling since forever and FINALLY managed to go ytd =) YIPPEE!

Jocelyn checked the weather forecast and everyday has expected afternoon showers, so we go in the morning lor :)

Saw a lot of SITEX promoters on the MRT and it reallyyy made me miss working there last year! Mostly because the people there were fun hahaha! I WANNA GO KACHIAO PPL! Gonna pop by there after cycling >:)

Took 401 from Bedok Interchange. I didn't know where to alight. Jocelyn also don't know. But there was this group of boys/girls who dressed like they were going ECP too! Since there were so many ppl there, at least one of them should know where to alight la hor~? Hehe! FOLLOW THEM!

I suddenly recognised the underpass leading to ECP and that's where I alighted the last time I came! Faster press the bell! BUT DAYUM! The bus went all the way straight, turned round some curvy bend and went across a highway (?) before stopping. We landed at the opposite side of the road. Even better! Walk a few steps and violaaa~ REACHED :D

Didn't know where the bicycle rental shop was.

After walking for don't know how long, finally reached the kiosk omg!

Jocelyn bought hot Cheng Tng earlier. She hadn't eaten her breakfast yet, later no strength to cycle.

The food store beside the kiosk didn't allow 'Outside food and drinks'. So we had to sit on a random patch of grass =(

It's okay~ Looks like we're having a picnic HAHA!

After breakfast/funeral for the fly, rented out bikes and headed off!!

Hurry pack up, took out umbrellas, ready to hop on and cycle off.

Just about then (< 3 minutes),.... the rain stopped =,=

HAHAH! The wind just blew the patch of rainclouds away!

I don't have a tripod :(

So I set this on self-timer and my phone was on the grass, leaning against a tree.

The wind blew the rainclouds back~ and we had to leaveee!

It rained so heavily that I had to cycle with one hand and hold the brolly in another.

Cycling single-handed requires so much energy and concentration!

Cannot suddenly cycle fast, cannot swerve easily, EVEN BUTTPAIN ALSO CANNOT CHANGE POSITION! Lols!

Even my selca-when-cycling skills are also not enough. Becauseee, I crashed. HAHAH!

And my umbrella became crooked ohmygod. My mum's gonna kill me!!Wa! Ssshhh! Shall secretly dispose it away hahahah!

Seeked shelter at a... pub? Idk looks like a mini pub la.

Everything freaking ex! French fries - 6 bucks! I'd really rather buy Carl's Junior's fries.

Want to place an order for any mocktails? ;)

We had to return the bikes by 1.10pm. At 1pm, it was still raining bladdy heavily!

Forget it, cycle in the rain. No wait, I still have a crooked umbrella heh.

Just after we stepped out of the kiosk, IT STOPPED RAINING!!!

Walaooo what's this?! Tsk.

Okay, maybe it was drizzling a bit.

The uncle gave Jocelyn fries w salt when she ordered w/o salt.

We didn't realise until he specially came up to give the correct order. SO NICEEE!

Went to SITEX after that.

Just wanted to see if any of my ex-colleagues happened to still be working there :) BUT NO! DON'T HAVE =(

HAHAHA I used a lot of saliva when I was working there last year. Wanted to see if the promoters this year were slack or clueless or not laaa~ So me and Jocelyn, okay, mostly me, pretended that we wanted to buy a laptop. And asked a lot. Hahaha!

It's not called boliao or nothing to do because I actually learned new stuff.

Like Windows 8 is touch screen format. I know I'm quite slow but whatever~ heheh

My lower back was aching all over!

Found the OSIM booth and woahhhh! THIS IS ONE GOOD MACHINE!

Super comfy! Didn't want to get up but quite paiseh because the promoters were there and I had to pretend I was interested.

Don't know why all the promoters don't care Jocelyn one leh! Then she down there enjoy her massage and I got to talk so much tskkk! HAHA!

Ticklish leg massage hahaha!

And there's a Starcraft gaming competition!

Getting late and I'm lazy to type alr.

Anyways, headed home after that :) HEHE!

Piano Cover: Lucky by Ashily

HI!
Woke up early in the morning and I felt damn free and didn't know what to do. So I went to play the piano... AND DECIDED TO MAKE A COVER!

Piano cover, not vocals hehe!

Used to be a huge fan of Boys over Flowers, so I downloaded all the OSTs and well, 'Lucky' is one of them. SO, I'm covering Lucky! Original singer: Ashily. Or you can sing along if you want to :)

Okay, my playing is not very fantastic or what but nonetheless, I shall not highlight the flaws heh~

I'm so glad my phone cam comes with nice filters then I can reduce so much time on editing and yet still produce pretty results! For this, I'm using 'Cold Filter' and look! So peaceful and calming ^^ YIPPEE! A save for the low sound quality hahaha!

And I added in the lyrics as well! So you can do karaoke with it =D

What I played was the background instrumental which is better to sing along with, and also becauseeeeee playing the melody is too easy HAHAHA! *clears throat* joking :)

Can't help but feel a lil disappointed. But what rights do I have to feel that way aiyaaaaa.
I guess what goes round, comes round.
I disappointed others too! (I think) Many times. :o And I don't want to change my stand so I also cannot expect others to change their stand right.

Maybe if I actually give in a little then things will be different! :D
But thennn, the little is a lot to me lor =/ It's a risk!!! Forget it~ I'll just live with it. Survivable :O

Okay, so maybe putting my bus pass in my pocket is NO LONGER safe! :[
I've dropped it twice in 3 days gosh! Luckily I found em back both times hahah

Made a few new friends at today's training yayyy! But that's only like during the second half of the training. Which means I lunch-ed alone. What a loner XP !

Anyway, I didn't get my Subway job. Sadded.
Nvm...

Y U Sing So Nice!

Some guys with higher voices have an AMAZING singing talent!
I prefer those higher singing voices cos it's more soothing and I'll be listening and ~~be jealous of~~ admire them hahaha!

SGAG shared this video and that's how I got to know of his covers.

Dominic is 16/ 17 years old (I suppose? He said he just finish his 'O' levels)

and he's a SINGAPOREAN so must support more hahaha!

I THINK HIS VOICE IS HIGHER THAN ME OMG!

I still don't get how he makes all the songs seem so easy to sing. No kick one la.

He's from Celine Jessandra Dance School! My cousin talks about him a lot cos she's from the same dance school and he's like her brother.

VOICE ALSO VERY NICE! Sounds like Taemin (SHINee)

He's from Taiwan and he is largely known for this song he sang.

WOOHOO! Holidays are nearing!

Really can't wait for THURDAY aka to arrive!
Because firstly, on Friday, people whose names start with a 'J' and end with an 'esselyn' are not coming to school. Hey wait, I think that's me! :D
Nahhh, I have a reason la. Gonna go for a F&B training and HOPEFULLY get my Subway job with Mindy!

If let's say I'm so no lucky and am assigned to do Waitressing, I'm gonna say bye-bye and go for my dream Ice-cream job with unfortunately low pay instead.

Secondly, my contacts have already expired but I'm still gonna wear them for a few more days before changing to coloured ones! Yay! Brown :) Not too lian.

Clarke Quay #foreveralone Adventure

I was planning to ask Mindy last minute to bring to the place of my job interview at 27 New Bridge Road. But dear Mindy pon school!!! ...... Go myself lor:(

Used GPS, Google Maps, Navigation and even used Street View which gives me a 360 panoramic view of the place. BUT I STILL GOT LOST! Wth!

Anyway after the interview ended, it was still very early. Around 3? Since, I went all the way to Clarke Quay, I didn't want to go home so fast la. So I ended up walking along, across, down-up-under Singapore River :) Alone :(

Wanted to take some selcas but it is so hard to act normal when you selca aloneee! :{ In public! Super self-conscious. Nonetheless, I managed to take one! :D
