Super awkz just now. Or rather, now, after thinking about it. Probably overheard my conversation. SIA LA!!! At times like this, I really wish I could turn back the time. Or clear the air someday...

Anyway,

POST-PRELIMS

On the last day of Prelims, headed to 18Chefs for dinner! Seems like everyone went to town, saw at least 3 groups of Saints in the vicinity HAHA! Ordered double cheese bake rice w mushrooms, cream sauce. The whole thing was soooo freaking cheesy I LOVE IT! Student meal was only $6.40 with a free mug of ice-lemon tea & ice-cream :) PLUS, only an additional 4 bucks for the waffles! Share the waffle with someone = $2/person .

Was gonna share a waffle with Mindy but realised that they missed out on our order after 2 plates of waffles were served (not ours) and none came after that T_T The raspberry one that Pris & Brenda ordered was soooo good! Especially the jam haha.

THEN, my friends started singing a birthday song and I joined in as well, not knowing who were we singing for. I said ''...to Belleeeee" but turns out it was for me & WY hahahaha! Mindy pulled out a VS paper bag and inside WAS A BOX OF MAKEUP! It has everrryyyyythinggggg! Omg. <3 <3 <3 Gonna test it out after A's :)

Shopping

Originally wanted to shop at JEM but it was cordoned off. Even the McDonald's outside JEM. I knew that some renovations would be going on but didn't expect the whole mall to be closed. Went to JCube instead. As compared to NEX, Jcube is really tiny! The only nice boutique there was.... MIYOC. Bought a lavender knits sweater <3

Life at home

Getting out of bed near noon on both days of the weekends.
Updated my playlist and downloaded the whole OST of 原來是美男 which is the Taiwan version of To The Beautiful You.
Finished watching 原來是美男 LOLS! Gonna watch the Korean version as well.

Less than 50 days to A's!
Here's my plan. 2 hours of drama everyday (1 hour for the 9o'clock show, 1 hour for other dramas/variety shows online). Picture editing + piano maybe another 2 hours? Instagram another hour. Aside eating & sleeping, shall dedicate the rest of my time to studying. GOOD PLAN :)

1) Get a high-quality camera
2) Do an ulzzang makeup tutorial
3) Try out for a calefare
4) Sell my clothes (which brings me to my next point)
5) Buy more clothes! Hahaha!
6) Go clubbing
7) Meet up with all my friends I wanted but had no time to
8) Sign up for a dance class (I MISSZ DANCEZ A LOTZ) and maybe for vocals as well
9) Experiment with the real photoshop! Upgrade from what I'm using now: Various phone apps. I love the effects but the resolution of my pictures is lowered with each round of saving :(
10) Travel to anywhere outside Singapore with mah lovely friends ^^

No intentions to take up driving as yet because firstly, sitting for a theory test is like studying all over again (NOOO) and secondly, no theory cannot take practical what haha!

Shall update this list when anything else comes to my mind :)

Out with my Alto 2 babies

Out with Alto 2 ytd!! The last get-together was like...5 MONTHS AGO!? In april omg. For Ben & Jerry's.

Watched Percy Jackson Sea of Monsters. FINALLYYYYY! My friends bought the tickets for the 12.20 slot and let's seeeeee.... I reached the cinema at 12.20 lols! Still on time! ;)

The whole theater was damn empty YAY! Less than 30 ppl I swear! Never seen an emptier theater than this O__O It's the one at Bugis Junction btw! :)

Then we went to Food Junction to have lunch/snacks. Was short of cash so I went down to the ATM. When I got back, Pearlyn, Benedict & Eunice hurriedly went off to "buy something". You know usually when people go "buy something", something is up o_O Then they came back withhhh jjangjjangjjang

TWELVECUPCAKES!!! ^^ I didn't know whose birthday we were celebrating so I sang until the third line of "happy birthday to..." and they completed, "Jesselyn, Lina and Rebecca" *claps* *eats cupcake* :)

Went to Sephora to touch up my nails HAHAHA! Okay la, not really touch up. I changed my index finger's bright purple to magenta.

KARAOKE AFTER THAT! At K Suites in Bugis Plus. YP's EZ-link faded until cannot fade already. It was totally white! Except for the four corners lols . So they don't allow her to pay a student rate of only $10 per 3 hours :( EVEN THOUGH she had her IC. Guys, keep your EZ-link card in good condition if you cheapo rates kay!

Walked past the VIP room (there was a POOL TABLE in it *_*) to our small but cosy room.

There were Korean songs! Mah paradise~ Obviously most of the songs I chose were Korean lols.
By the last half an hour or so, my vocal chords couldn't tahan anymore lols. BUT I HAD MUCH FUN because it was my virgin experience karaoke-ing haha. Eh don't laugh, you.

Had a craving for Tako balls. Bought and chomped them on the way to the MRT and finished the last bit at the gantry (Y)

With expectations, comes disappointment. We all know it, I know it! I do not want to expect anything much either, but I just cannot help it, I secretly do, each time, hoping that Disappointment had lost its way en route to my heart but that sickening fella knows its way just a little too well.

HOW NOT TO EXPECT??? Any kind soul to enlighten me?

Perhaps spending less time would make me feel less attached, less bothered? Or perhaps I shouldn't give much damns about the outcome, and find joy and other meanings in the process instead.

Old song, but super inspirational! It also captures everything I want to tell myself. Push on! Walk on! Go one step at a time! And to treasure the hardships, failures, even disappointments. For one day I might look back and miss sailing the rough seas.

Chucking unhappy thoughts aside, study session with Joce today was pretty productive!
Went to her school to study and I loveee their sch compound! The classrooms on every level are open. Okay, and the classroom itself is super conducive! First of all, ZERO ultra-flexible chairs whose backrests can bend 180 degrees backwards (aka spoilt chairs). Secondly, the windows facing the corridor are located at the top of the wall so you won't distracted when people are walking past. Thirdly, super importantly, BRIGHT LIGHTS!!! To keep me awake lols. The only downside is not being able to connect my iPod to the speakers. Siannn. And the only piano in the school is located awkwardly along the corridors lined with classrooms O_o

Nonetheless, glad to meet up!! :D And I finished 2 papers hoho.

Shopping with the girls today!

Minz & Dada wore couple outfits, denim jackets + aeropostle tshirt. It was UNPLANNED! Ikr, too much of a coincidence O_o

Itinery for the day!

1) Movie: The Mortal Instrument

Great movie! Kind of Percy Jackson-ish! There was an Asian guy that appeared in one gathering/party. His name is Magnus and I thought he looked like Gao Yi Xiang, the guy that acted in the Taiwanese Drama 桃花小妹. Damnnnn good-looking in this movie especially with the eyeliner. Hawhaw. Okay, but he was gay =_= Waited for the 'Credits' at the end to confirm his identity and YES he is Godfrey Gao (Gao yi xiang)!!! Also damn jealous of Clairie (Lily Collins) brows and eyelashes, full, thick and dark. Perfect!?

2) Lunch at Javier's!

Wanted to lunch at MFM instead but uh that was where I worked and I didn't (I mean, haven't) returned my uniform yet.

It was pretty cool because they had the buzzer thingy like Marche (Y)

The right sole was 75% detached and with every step I took, it went CLOK CLOK CLOK

3) Shopping: Orchard then Somerset

FIRST ON LIST: TO BUY NEW FOOTWEAR!!!
Bought a pair of nudish pink flats with a simple ribbon at the tip from H&M. The same design in neon pink one looked surprisingly good when you wear it but only size 41 was available :(
I don't like flats but they were the cheapest there :x Tried on other stuff while waiting for the rest to finish shopping!

I like this b/c I look tall here hehe! And Brenda looks like some rich taitai la!?

The heels were rouge pink & ice-cream green! </3 b/c they were out of budget

It was my virgin experience wearing flats ...... HAHA! Anyways, this first experience ain't good. Mehhh. It dug into spine of my feet as well as the sides of my toe bone. Couldn't take it. Folded and stepped on the counter.

What's a counter? Yeap I learnt a new word as well haha!

Tried on nail polish at Sephora. #notaunty. Dada, Belle & I helped Mindy put on some makeup too hahaha!

Went into random stall which sold pretty hats!

Bought a new phone cover from a cart stall at Cineleisure as well! Matched my nails yay! :)

4) Snacks

I got Froyo while Belle got Subway.
AT SUBWAY, upon sitting down, I looked up and saw Alvin Toh at a table just right in front of us, munching on a Subway wrap. I think I was the last to notice. Couldn't stop laughing for god knows why till my tears trickled down and smudged my makeup a little. Eh no la, don't imagine some crazy women down there ki siao kayyy! HAHA! I muted my laugh and leaned back so that from my angle, I was hidden from Alvin Toh :b
It was like..... Uhhhh do we say hi? Do we smile? Do we act like we didn't see him? (obviously avoiding) He doesn't teach us you see, dk if he knows us. After Belle got a foodddd, we left and were talking about it. Came to a conclusion that he seems to know us!!!! Or knew that we're Saints at the very least. BECAUSE he looked over and um-chio. Okay~ felt bad after that ><

It was (relatively) good hair day for me, rare times! Had to take the chance to take more selcaaaaaasssss HAHAHA! If you cannot stand my face, please stop reading naow!!!!!

First week of Prelims is over and I can finally find time to blog!

It was my birthday yesterday!

My parents got me this super colourful rainbow cake and I lurveeee~ it~ so much!!! Every inch, including the p r i n c e s s was edible! I think they are made of marshmallows? Uber sweet ones with sugar content 100% hahaha

Are you supposed to feel something special when you turn 18? I didn't zomg! Midnight, first birthday text, first facebook birthday wish, first face-to-face birthday wish, oh I'm 18! And the first few hours of my birthday were spent watching movies on my phone till I fell asleep at around 3.30am.

It's not until last year when I finally knew people sharing the same birthday as me. This year, got to know MORE people sharing the same special day. Dammit! Not special anymore HAHA

And while everyone was busy studying, I was ... I was ... busy with nothinggg! Talk about Chem paper the next day oops.
