To throw in the towel or not to throw

THIS is gonna be a rant post, okay no wait, it's gonna be a collection of feelings, experiences, whateverrr of my days at work thus far. So there's both good and bad.

I'm gonna start w the rant first because that's what I feel most strongly towards now and the feeeel to rant is at its peak ohmygod

Rant topic 1

F*ck, when people push the blame around for the mistakes they made.

I mean it's so selfish to solely care about protecting your rice bowl and then shove the dirt onto others.... I don't like this rice bowl, I want to change bowl. Throwing in the towel, wait no i meant, throwing in the NAPKIN :(

Today, K brought back 2 handfuls of cutlery and said they weren't polished properly. Almost all the cutlery had watermark stains on them. One look, and you would know those cutlery had not been polished yet =_= K asked around, why the cutlery were so..... unsightly. And don't know who said "I also don't know~ Maybe it's jess". DA HECK. It may not have occurred to them that perhaps, it could be some blur sotong that took the wrong pile of cutlery and did not bother checking before topping up the station trays??? If it were to be one or two forks or spoons, then yeah, it could have been me missing em out but one whole pileeeee, unlikely. Now..... WHO'S THAT BLUR SOTONG OWN UP lols

Rant topic 2

My payyyyyyyy T_T

Calculated all my expenses for my Korea trip (^^) in mid-Feb, calculated the number of hours I have to work, calculate by when I have to get my pay, by when I have to exchange currency etcetcetc.

Got my first payroll on 25 Jan! :) By right, I had earned enough to cover all my expenses, super excited and happy, worry-free. By right. By right. BY RIGHT!!! T_T But my agency didn't tell me that it takes 10 frakking days from the day they receive my timesheet to process my pay. So I ended up 200 bucks short of what I was supposed to receive.

Still, it's okay!! Still got hope, still got possible solution!
I asked my agent if it was possible to process my pay by 10 Feb, then I would have 4 days to exchange currency etcetc, flying off on the 14th! She said YES, as long as the company sends in my timesheet by tmr (30 Jan). I told my manager about it and she said she would send it in before the 1 Feb! Was really happy because it meant that I could still earn enough for my trip~

On the 31st of Jan, I whatsapped my agent again to double-confirm if she received my timesheet. Okay I admit I forgot that it was PUBLIC HOLIDAY. And my agent replied "Not sure. Holiday now".

Wah, separating work and personal business at its best. Check one email only takes less that 3 minutes right :(

Today, to the worst of my horror, I found out that.... THEY DIDNT SEND IN MY TIMESHEET YETTT!! T_T, literally. 말도 안돼~ That's it, I'm throwing in the ~~towel~~ napkin 안녕~

Rant topic 3

Okay this is carelessness on my part but I still need to let it out hahahaha

This is pretty ridiculous but I got scalded while bussing =_=
Was carrying the metal container less than half-filled with hot water. I was in a rush and somehow, the water jumped out and splattered onto me. And just (not really) nice, I didn't bring my aloe vera gel that day. Iced the burn area. Icing wasn't good enough it seemssss
