So couple of days back I was praying for me to somehow become richer and like for some money to fall from the sky cos these recent social/ graduation/ welcoming-new-hamsters expenses are running a little high ya. But since I don't rlly buy 4D and I don't rlly gamble, I didn't rlly know how that was gonna happen either. Low and behold, just earlier this morning I received a text to go for a focus group. The payout was goooood + I haven't attended any of such focus groups before so was pretty curious. And JUST NICE the session was today!!! Which was rlly great cuz I wouldn't have been able to attend had it been on any other days of the week.

Upon reaching, registered, signed some form and while waiting for the others to arrive...

Alright so they prepared a spread of pizzas, tarts, cakes, drinks and all for us to EAT bef the session started. So nice! On normal occasions I would have been eating a lot but... didn't know we were gonna be providing food so I ate some beancurd bef that... HAD I KNOWN I would have saved my tummy for the tarts 😌😍

Ok so anw, I felt like a freshie again orientating amongst the other uni peeps. Initially I didn't open much ah cuz like they just threw us w free food, the host wasn't there for like 20 minutes, no instructions no nothing and we were just left to mingle WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPENING hahaha and one of the NTU guy was saying maybe they were like secretly filming how we react in a social situation. Then I was like OHYEA that made sense, cuz there was this rlly huge mirror that spanned the whole wall which looked rlly scammy lah and yes, turns out it was a one way mirror cos I could actl see someone's hand waving pass at one corner LOL

Overall I'd say it was an interesting experience ah to see how a focus group is being done. I don't think I had any problems voicing out my thoughts or opinions in front of strangers so it was cool. Just like mingling lor. The person said I was v nice HAHA actl I think so too - cuz I'd bother to give the ad a second look rather than just ignore and flat out say I'LL IGNORE & WALK AWAY as some ppl did ahahah

And the best part of it all was receiving mah paycheck!!! Woohoo panggang
