Farewell :')

So last Thursday marked the end of our official (slightly less than) 2-year school term in SAJC. Honestly, it wasn't as saddening as I thought it would be! Maybe the idea of graduation hasn't really hit me yet ...
Events:
1) Summing up our Prelim results, prize presentation etc
2) Speeches by the President of Student Countil, by a parent, by 2 teachers, old boys of SA
3) Inspirational video which was VERY encouraging. It was one where they collated snippets of motivational lines from various movies.

3) Compiled messages & encouragements from the parents and alumni made into a video. I almost cried while reading them. Okay, I teared a little too much and they overflowed. So much for my initial plan to let the aircon dry them up LOLS.
4) Videos made by the each department. I like the Math deparment's one hahaha! They did a rendition of Baby, One More Time and omg Mr Teo, Mr Toh and Mr Zheng looked like F4 (minus one) the beng version XD . The PE department's minion one also very cute. I thought he was blowing the party blower but they actually used a hockey stick instead!?! HAHA!
5) Teacher performance - THE BEST PART OF THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY!!!

Then we had the wild until cannot wild FLASHMOB. Ms Su was one of the first few teachers to go up the stage. She did a few moves and everyone went WILD hahahahahha! And omg! The Randy part was ......WOAHZXC!!! Now I can imagine what it would be like if the teachers go clubbing ;) HAHAHA!

BESTESTESTEST assembly ever. No joke. Now tell me which JCs have teachers as cool as these :')
6) Sung the college hymn and school song for the last time *tears* Apart from my friends, this is prolly the part of JC that I'm gonna miss most. It is this warmth and school spirit that made me feel part of the Saints family when we first put our arms around one another and sung the college hymn, shouting at the chorus (hahaha) during orientation and subsequently, every chapel periods.

I bet everyone feels the same way about graduation, being thankful for meeting wonderful ppl, learning and growing a lot, can't believe how time flies, missing everyone, having some regrets but nonetheless etc. So I shan't express my feelings which is what everyone is feeling as well #notmainstream ahahahaha
