An important quality that all PWLs should have

It's going to be the end of the whole PW in just a little while more and I''m only doing this now. Well, better late than never :)

I don't think anyone actually does this but I went to Google-d on how to be a good project leader. Haha !

Scrolling down the list, I found one quality that I lacked and I guessed that had led to the whole breakdown previously.

Ability to Delegate Tasks

Trust is an essential element in the relationship of a project leader and his or her team. You demonstrate your trust in others through your actions - how much you check and control their work, how much you delegate and how much you allow people to participate. Individuals who are unable to trust other people often fail as leaders and forever remain little more that micro-managers, or end up doing all of the work themselves. As one project management student put it, "A good leader is a little lazy." An interesting perspective!

Micro-manager. Walaooo, sounds so puny. Fortunately, the delegating tasks issue is resolved earlier. Not through realising about the puny 'micro-manager' part, but more about the 'end up doing all the work themselves' part. Glad that things are wayyyyy better now :) even though I still have no idea where to start editing the WR :P . I know ! I shall lay each page spread out across the table and slowly slowly see . Yeap, alright, that's what I'm gonna do.
