day one at imperial treasure

Totally like the ideal job for slackers? omg 

Okay I meant that it's one of the slackest F&B jobs I did so far ahahah, but duh-ly (most) office jobs or call centre jobs (like the one I previously did) are slacker :)

At IT, all I had to do was like: 

- give the patrons the menu, face towel, peanuts, sauce, tea when they arrive

- top up tea

- table settings

- transport dishes from the runner's tray to table (dishes are placed on a tray, runners carry the tray from kitchen to table and stand there, waiting for the server to unload the tray)

- strike the order of the list

THAT'S ALL MYGOSH

Runners' life also damn slack omg because

1)  Can carry a trayyyyyy! Okay actually most restaurants utilise trays when bringing food to tables lor #efficient. Why JI cannot :(

2) (this is the main thing) Some plates/ containers are like freaking hot e.g. those wooden containers containing char siew baos and siew mais idk what you call them. The servers are the ones that gotta touch those farking hot things instead of the runners. Omg why is my life so sad , it's like I'm fated to be scalded all the time LOLS

They feel like they are understaffed, but in my opinion, it's more like overstaffed O_O which is good hahaha

It's like 1 person to 4 tables....only..... AND days like today when it's slow-moving and all, woah, it's like.......... free money O_O

So anyway, the best part of the job to me is, the feeling~ of receiving your pay immediately after work *wipes sweat off forehead* fruits of your labour~ ah~

But well, then again, it all boils down to personal preferences HAHAHA faith found it too boring 

Guess there're both sides to a coin!
