storybooks, it's been long
12:37:00 AMRecently picked up reading again and it brought me back to the days where I could slump on the sofa and just read for hours after hours~~
There was this period (a longgggg period) of time when I kinda became too lazy to pick up a book, Sec 2 to....... J2?? I can count the number of books I read with one hand HAHAHAHA
Must be because 'em storybooks are replaced by textbooks omg or lecture booklets lols
Glad to be touching storybooks again, and remembering the joy of reading, it's like..... rekindling an old flame HAHAHAHA yknow yknow!!
The words, they describe a scene in so much detail, you could imagine everything SO vividly, scenes in movies that would only be flashthroughs, giving you a rough idea of what's happening but missing out the lil things that make a story whole
