Now that the campaign's OVERRRRR :D time to get this out of my Drafts hahahaha

Sundays are supposed to be my quite, peaceful days
Argh wtf lovely Sunday morning ruined by a certain customer calling in demandinggg for a refund for the extra set she ordered anddd have already received. Whattheheck receive already still want a refund. Anyways, we only entertained refunds for a specific case, which is, duplicate orders due to the hiccups in the server on the launch date. Otherwise, successful transactions cannot be refunded.

So her case being, intentionally ordering 2 sets (1 for herself and the other for her sister), only recently realising her sister too purchased a set and thus wanting a refund for the other set, her request for a refund was denied. Besidessss, all our refund cases has already been settled long ago omg

One fine day, today, argh, she appeared in an outlet in Punggol and demanded the manager to give her the refund.

Okay basically the whole set is priced at $80, includes 6 plush toys, 1 certificate, 6 extra value meal vouchers (total $30), tax charges. And this woman wants a refund for only the plush toys, hurhur. And wants a $50 refund, hurhur. The Math doesn't tally anyways??

SO we informed her that we couldn't refund her because *states aforementioned reasons* plus we don't have any policy of refunding only the plush toys.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN CANNOT REFUND?! THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS CANNOT REFUND!" oh yea there is.

"YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME! I CAME ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE OUTLET ALREADY THEN THE MANAGER SAY CANNOT REFUND???!" this is called 自找麻烦, also nobody asked you to go downnn :3

"MCD IS SELLING THE TOYS SO WHY CAN'T I REFUND THE TOYS?! I'LL KEEP THE VOUCHERS!! JUST REFUND ME THE TOYS" *coughs* she keeps the vouchers, refund her the toys

"IT'S NOT LIKE YALL NOT SELLING THE TOYS ALREADY, LIKE THAT I GOT NOTHING TO SAY. REFUND ALREADY THEN YOU CAN CONTINUE SELLING WHAT"
"the first three designs are alr sold out ma'am" (sigh what next? is she gonna be like wanting a refund for 3 toys?)

"I'M SURE THERE ARE PPL WHO WANTS TO BUY THE FIRST 3 TOYS, JUST PUT IT ON DISPLAY AND I'M SURE PPL WILL BUY ONE RIGHT"
If I was her friend, I would've totally told her to sell it on carousell or something, ya surely there'd be buyers man, but I was speaking as a customer service offiver, I can't! Also reeeeeally felt like telling her to think what would happen if that 3 plush toys suddenly pop up for sale, surely we wouldn't be dealing with only ONE PMSing woman on the line omg.

Why only this outlet have?! Why others don't have?! Why were we not informed?! Totally unfair! Second hand sell cheaper can?

"SO IS MCD TRYING TO MAKE LIFE DIFFICULT FOR ME???!!!" *sigh* please, woman... speak to the hand


After repeated explanations, she still stubbornly refused to take No for an answer and REJECTED OUR REJECTION!! ohmygod. To close the case asap, asked her to send in an email for an escalation and she hollered one of the funniest lines:

"SO YOU ARE TRYING TO PUSH THE BUSH LAH?!?!"
"errrr, push the... bush??" HAHAHAHA.
