Review: Wardrobemess
10:00:00 PMSo my first shopping experience with Wardrobemess was horrible,
my second shopping experience with them was also horrible,
that makes 100% of the time shopping with them horrible!
First purchase: Acid HW Shorts ($26.90) on 16 April 2014.
10 days after payment, they told me that the item was out of stock (OOS).
Was given an option to make an exchange or get a refund.
The status of my order was changed to 'refunded' but the money was never credited to my account. Daheck?
Second purchase: Crossed Over Heels ($28.40) on 26 May,
(Made this order even though my first order had not been settled. OMG WRONG MOVE?!?!)
5 days later, AGAIN, after making payment, they told me it was OOS as well!!! :(
Was asked if I would like to exchange for another product.
Expressed interest in another dress but since the dress is cheaper than the heels, I'd prefer if they made a full refund and I'd place an order separately. However, they told me to let them know the dress I want and they'd refund me the remaining amount. Which is damn weird because the remaining amount is like whut, $3?
Nonetheless, I told them I'd like the Lace Spag Dress ($23.90).
Then OHMYGOD they told me that the dress may be OOS as well. Said that they'd check their stocks and would get back to me again the next day. NOPE they didn't.
practically everything I ordered is like OOS lah wth?
It's been exactly 2 MONTHS now (since my first order) and nothing has been settled.
So finally, on the 27th of June, I got my refund, and received my alternative order, Washed Denim HW Shorts......... which.... had no hole to button #keelmepls ~_~

The status of my order was also changed to 'refunded' but the money is still not credited to my account. Over 2 weeks now and still no news from them :(
ReplyDeleteSorry babe I didn't see this earlier! It took a damn long time for my case as well, but thankfully, the refund did happen haha. Hope you've gotten yours already!! :)
DeleteYESH i had d exact experience too!! First time n NEVER again!!!!!!!!! I expect they deliver the next day after i made payment since the website stated "DELIVER DAILY BASIS" ya right.... sadly after few days gone by... NO NEWS AT ALL!!! until i hv to email them few times b4 they reply n told me my items was sold out! FINE!! on top of that i received another email stating i hv to PAY EXTRA SGD 4 for shipment to Malaysia??!! as they "JUST NOTICED" the items are to b sent to Malaysia.. SERIOUSLY??!! after i hv made my payment based on your esteemed system calculation n now u r telling me dis??!! Felt like i got cheated in a way!!!!!! is not bout the money is bout the service!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm facing exactly the same problem now! Didn't get my first refund and now my item oos! I'm asking for exchange this time and we shall see!
